I had a great time during my stay, exploring nearby attractions like the Buena Vista River Park and McPhelemy Park. The Double Room with Mountain View was cozy and provided an amazing backdrop of the mountains, especially during breakfast. The owner was sweet, accommodating my dietary preferences with delicious quiche and scrambled eggs. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature right outside.

Buffalo Peaks Lodge exceeded my expectations in many ways. The Mt. Harvard room offered amazing mountain views from the balcony. Paz, the owner, prepared a unique and hearty breakfast that was the highlight of each day-we looked forward to it every morning! The cozy, rustic ambiance. There were some issues. While the owner was accommodating and offered a room change, it was disappointing since we needed a king. Several electrical outlets in the room didn't work, inconvenient. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was still wonderful, and I would happily return in the future.

The amazing mountain views were awe-inspiring every morning.
It's disappointing that our room was small and cramped, measuring barely 10 x 12 feet. The lack of air conditioning was also quite uncomfortable, especially with the summer heat. The noise from other guests outside our room was unbearable at night.

I stayed in the Double Room with Terrace for 7 nights, and the views from the huge deck were amazing! The room was comfy, and I loved the cozy atmosphere. The owners, Paz and Lucky, were super friendly and even had homemade cookies and ice cubes available all the time, a nice touch. Watching the deer roam around the grounds was a special bonus! Everything felt perfect for a week of hiking and relaxing.
